Facebook recently (and rather unexpectedly!) launched a new feature that has been getting quite a bit of buzz, Facebook Groups. “Groups” have been around on Facebook, in one form or another, since the start of the familiar social media site. But, this new “Groups” launch is a whole different animal and requires a bit of clarification.

New Facebook Groups Could Be Big for Business

John Jantsch outlines a few ways he envisions small businesses taping into the new “Groups feature”.

With the new group feature there are limitless possibilities, and tons of applications for RV dealerships! You could create a special group just for your customers and send them special offers or give them “early sneak peeks” at your upcoming sales and shows. You could create a group for new customers and offer then “first time buyer” specials or use it as a way to address their questions. You can create an “RV experts” group and invite all of your customers to post their questions and issues, and have your staff respond.  The options and possibilities are endless and we’re excited to share more of our ideas and to hear what you come up with!
