Social media is it’s own language.  There are wikis and tweet and tags and trackbacks and streams.  What does any of that mean?!

We’re here to help.  We’ve put together a social media glossary, an alphabetical directory where you can look up odd-fangled social media terms and find answers.  If you come across a term or service that means nothing, use this resource to look it up (click here to view the glossary).

Our social media glossary will be evolving and growing, so check back often (or bookmark it).  We’re hoping to make this a helpful resource for your dealership.
